Saturday draw and rollover rules

UK Lotto, Saturday, first game (Round 1) bonus ball, numbers 1–59. The configured draw time is 20:00 UK time, with entry closing at 19:45. The next Saturday board opens as soon as the current one closes. £1 per draw goes towards organiser cost recovery. The prize is the previous rollover plus ticket sales, including the organiser’s ticket, minus £1. The maximum from one draw’s ticket sales is £58; rollovers can increase the total prize. The net prize rolls over if there is no eligible winner.

The organiser’s ticket

One random £1 ticket is entered each draw and transparently marked as organiser funded. It is eligible on the same terms as other tickets.

The organiser’s cost recovery

£1 per draw goes towards organiser cost recovery. Prize = previous rollover + ticket sales (including the organiser’s £1 ticket) − £1. With all 59 numbers entered, this draw adds a maximum of £58 to the prize. A previous rollover can make the total prize larger than £58. If nobody wins, the full net prize rolls over.

Emails and automatic results

Entry confirmations go to the email address on each purchase. Winners receive their number and prize amount, with collection from the organiser after payment verification. If nobody wins, that draw’s participants receive a rollover email and a reminder at 16:00 UK time on the next draw day. The organiser’s report is due one hour after the draw and is sent when the next scheduled check runs, or later if a confirmed result is delayed. The scheduled updater checks for due results and emails automatically once enabled.
